Master of Management in Energy and Environment (MMEE)

The Master of Management in Energy and Environment (MMEE) focuses on the dynamics of these closely related, often intersecting or converging, disciplines. Focus is on mastering basic information, such as hydrocarbon cycles, energy markets, resource and revenue management, investment analysis, project and enterprise evaluation, decision making and risk analysis, health, environment and safety systems.

The program emphasizes a larger understanding of the positive and negative implications of energy in the development of the societies in which it is found; and the politics and economics of energy development. The basic tenets of environmental stewardship will be explored - planning, conservation, and sustaining development - and students will delve into the political and decision-making considerations that relate to the formation of environmental and resource policy.

ADA has attracted strong partners in Norway to develop this program. They include the University of Stavanger, International Research Institute of Stavanger and Petrad. StatoilHydro has underwritten ADA's MMEE development project.
