ADA Majlis is a series of analytical discourse, which extends one of the key missions of the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA). It draws attention to Azerbaijan's emergence as a regional leader, creates a thought-provoking public forum on current global issues and their impact on Azerbaijan.

It has three components: Majlis, Global Perspectives and Friday Hearings.

Mr. Fariz Ismailzade is Executive Dean at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy. In addition to moderating the ADA Majlis, he has also been a moderator of ADA Debates, a monthly series aimed at training debating skills.

What are the fundamental challenges to Muslims in a globalizing world?
Which obstacles need to be overcome and which opportunities realized to improve the dialogue between and among civilizations?

The Organization of the Islamic Conference and ADA hosted academics, policymakers and activists at ADA Majlis, at the National History Museum, the residence of a devoted Muslim and a patron of the arts and science, Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev, to address these issues.
