Welcome message by Associate Vice-Rector, Executive Education

Welcome and thank you for your interest in ADA University Executive Education!

Founded in 2007 with the purpose of diplomatic training, ADA University Executive Education enjoys a reputation as the important and biggest training vehicle for government and businesses to nurture junior, midcareer and top leadership talent in our country.

For last 15 years, we have trained about 1,620 diplomats and other civil servants from 22 government agencies within “Advanced Foreign Service Program”, 684 foreign civil servants and diplomats from 104 countries within “Caspian Basin Studies Program” and other International Programs. Since 2012, we have designed and delivered 130 custom and open enrollment programs for 3,021 managers and leaders in both government and business.

Since the very beginning, more than 155 educators have joined us and taught in Executive Education programs.  We collaborate with government officials, business leaders and talent management professionals to design customized programs addressing organizations’ compelling challenges. Our program instructors are professors of the School of Public and International Affairs and School of Business of ADA University, visiting professors from our partner institutions abroad, and practitioners from government and business, international organizations and think tanks.  We continue to engage new well-qualified educators including practitioners from business and government to design new programs for our loyal clients.

In order to help organizations to meet the challenges of COVID-19 and accommodate their remote learning needs, we have introduced various online programs for government and business since April 2020. Last year, we provided certified diplomatic training, corporate programs and complimentary webinars to 657 professionals who were Azerbaijani and foreign diplomats and other civil servants, mid-career and senior managers.  We continue to engage new well-qualified educators including practitioners from business and government to deliver new online programs for our loyal clients in 2021.

Studying whilst working, our program participants can immediately apply their newly gained knowledge, competences and networks in the workplace, contributing to improved effectiveness in organizations. We provide experienced working professionals in any industry with a unique combination of intellectual skills, networks and practical abilities. We support organizations to transform leaders to make their organizations more productive, more efficient, more successful and to contribute more to our society.

As you navigate around our Executive Education website, I hope you enjoy our program content, see our clients and get to know our faculty who come from both academia and industries. Our reputation for rigorous and intellectually challenging content of different programs is the reason why professionals at all levels from government and business choose ADA University Executive Education.

I encourage you to contact us if you want to learn more about offered programs and join our educators network this year.
