Ms. Aygun Hajiyeva is a qualified educator/trainer with 27 years’ experience in high education and professional development of the civil servants, including diplomats and business managers in Azerbaijan. Her teaching experience covers Public Diplomacy, Business Protocol, Leadership Skills, Running Effective Meetings, Communication and Networking Skills, Presentation and Public Speaking Skills. For last 17 years, she has trained about 1,400 junior, mid-career and senior professionals in government (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, SOFAZ, SOCAR, Central Bank, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Digital Development and Transportation, Ministry of Economy, State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, DOST Social Agency, Media Development Agency, Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) & The State Agency on Mandatory Insurance, etc.) and business (BP, Azercell, Bakcell, Nobel Oil, NEQSOL Holding, Gilan Holding, AzerTurkBank, Yelo Bank, Expressbank, Pasha Bank, ABB, Pasha Construction etc). She teaches in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages. Ms. Aygun Hajiyeva received Certificates on “Management Development Program” by Harvard Institutes for Higher Education, “Leadership Development”, “Diplomatic Studies”, “Public and University Administration” by the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University, USA), Indiana University (USA), Qatar Debate Academy, Clingendael Institute (Netherlands), College of Europe (Belgium) in 2008-2016. In 2007-2012, she was in study visit to the Georgetown University and American University in USA and Oxford University and London School of Business in UK where she learnt the best practices of diplomatic training programs and capacity building programs for business executives. Ms. Hajiyeva holds a master’s degree in History of International Relations from Baku State University (Azerbaijan).
