Bio:

Ms. Fatma Isayeva is the Corporate Programs Manager at Executive Education, ADA University. Her responsibilities include designing, developing, and evaluating leadership programs to meet departmental standards, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and managing day-to-day operations of leadership development programs and projects. Ms. Isayeva's expertise lies in program development and execution, ensuring impactful outcomes for participants and organizations. Ms. Isayeva worked as a State Program Specialist at the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, where she oversaw education programs for PhD students abroad. Her diverse career also includes roles such as Specialist for Student Programs and Learning at ADA University, where she championed student leadership and community engagement, and Executive Assistant to the Rector, managing high-level administrative operations. She began her career with roles as a coordinator at the Ministry of Labor and Social Defense and ASAN Services, gaining early exposure to public service and organizational efficiency. Ms. Isayeva holds a master’s degree in education management from ADA University .
