Diversity

Here at ADA University, we consider our diversity as our core value and core competence. No matter which corner of the world you are from, chances are you will find friends from your part of the world on our campus or in the multicultural community of our capital city. We are proud to host students from 49 countries of the world who contribute to our tapestry of an inclusive learning environment.

We want to learn to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments; respect and understand different opinions and perspectives; to appreciate diverse cultures and viewpoints; to carry out tasks collaboratively with men and women, with people of all faiths with people of all ethnicities; to demonstrate emotional intelligence while doing so; and to try to reconcile differences and share leadership. Diversity of cultures, opinions, perspectives and viewpoints matters. That is what makes ADA strong and this is why ADA matters.
