The Mission and Vision of this event are to honor Heydar Alirza oglu Aliyev's legacy by bringing together writers, publishers, libraries, and readers from Azerbaijan and around the world to celebrate the power of education, literature, and sharing ideas.

By hosting a variety of activities, including author talks, book presentations, book signings, and cultural performances, we hope to create a dynamic and inclusive space where people can come together to explore the themes to which Heydar Aliyev devoted special attention and care, particularly education, science, innovation, and multiculturalism.

Additionally, we aim to collaborate with local and global entities and communities to promote the event and provide opportunities for people of all ages to engage with the ideas and values that were important to National Leader Heydar Alirza oglu Aliyev.
