Professor Emeritus Howard Williams, University of Strathclyde, is a leading authority on the economic and policy developments in ICT sector.  Professor Williams has worked as an economist and lead policy advisor for a variety of international organizations including the European Commission (DG Connect), the World Bank and the UN Internet Governance Forum and the International Telecommunications Union. He has held positions at numerous Universities, including the Oxford Internet Institute and University of Bocconi. He has acted as a policy advisor of many leading ICT companies.
