On 2 February 2019, ADA University Law Program organized a one-day study trip to the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMS), where students enjoyed an introductory lecture delivered by the Head of the SMS, Mr. Vusal Huseynov, who fascinatingly outlined on current challenges of migration and immigration, which Azerbaijan has been recently facing with. Afterward, students also had an opportunity to visit Baku Detention Center for illegal migrants in Kurdakhani, discussing the problems of illegal immigrants, who have been resided in the detention center.
