We are delighted to share that the article co-authored by ADA University’s professors Dr. Ali Gunes and Dr. Murat Ozkaleli, “An intertemporal statistical analysis to ideal point estimates: EU cohesion at the UNGA revisited” published in the journal of Comparative European Politics (CEP).
The publication was published in the framework of European Union-funded project, “Strengthening Teaching and Research Capacity at ADA University” that was implemented by the Center of Excellence in EU Studies which was formerly established at ADA University.
The article provides an intertemporal statistical analysis employing ideal point estimates based on the United Nations General Assembly roll− call data to investigate the European Union’s overall voting cohesion along with utilizing a new taxonomy that distinguishes member deviations and non− member adhesions.
