The joint certificate program in “Agricultural and Food Systems Management” took off with the 'Bologna Module' on July 10. Some 25 participants traveled from Azerbaijan to the University of Bologna for a week long hands-on intensive program.
The first day started with opening at the Department of Agriculture and Food Science and continued with visits to labs, fruit orchards and discussions with focused research groups.
This program is the first initiative between ADA University and the University of Bologna within the Italy-Azerbaijan University cooperation.
The first module took place in Baku in April, 2023. The participants completed online module before starting the last module in Bologna.
