In new academic year, 35 students were admitted to our dual degree with the George Washington University

ADA University has accepted new students for the next academic year to the master's programs offered jointly with the George Washington University.

A total of 122 students have been admitted to the master's dual degree programs in Computer Science and Data Analytics and Electrical and Power Engineering. During the 2023-2024 academic year, 20 students majoring in Computer Science and Data Analytics and 15 students majoring in Electrical and Power Engineering, will be undertaking a three-semester study program in Baku and a subsequent two-semester program at the George Washington University.

Students admitted to dual degree programs will have the opportunity to learn from the professors and teachers of both universities.

These programs provide students with a rich curriculum that promotes professional development, cross-cultural dialogue, and real-world experiences.Close acquaintance with prestigious companies located abroad and in our country allows students to understand the industry and its requirements more deeply, as well as to connect with professionals. The practical experience acquired through these visits is invaluable to their education and future careers, and gives them an advantage in the job market.

The programs are funded within the framework of the “State Program on improving the international competitiveness of the higher education system in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023”.

It should be noted that 15 students who started the Electrical and Power Engineering program in 2021 returned to Azerbaijan after completing studies in Washington. 18 students enrolled in Computer Science and Data Analytics in 2022 are currently studying in Washington.
