We are delighted to announce that ADA University professors from the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), Dr. Sarvar Gurbanov and Dr. Orkhan Nadirov, have collaborated on a scholarly article titled "Testing the twin deficit hypothesis for resource-rich economies in the era of climate change".
Their article has been published in Applied Economics Letters, a peer-reviewed journal indexed in the Web of Science, SSCI core collection.
According to their research, with accelerating climate change, conventional causality regarding twin deficits may start to reverse for resource-rich countries.
