The launch event of the program, held on December 16, marked a significant step in advancing legal education in Azerbaijan and is one of the significant milestones in ADA University's academic portfolio.

Rashad Ibadov, Dean of the School of Law,  highlighted the program's innovative and contemporary approach while emphasizing its possible contribution to the development of Azerbaijan's legal system.

Gunay Ziyadova, Vice Rector for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, spoke about the program's alignment with ADA University's mission of academic excellence. While giving an insight into the curriculum designed to prepare students for both local and international labor markets, she outlined the program’s admission and selection criteria.

Javid Gadirov, Associate Dean at School of Law,  delivered a detailed presentation about the curriculum, methodology, and structure of the program. He discussed the blend of theoretical and practical approaches envisioned to equip future lawyers to tackle contemporary challenges effectively.

Elkin Nurmammadov, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, outlined the ADA University's efforts in expanding the number of programs, including its role in advancing legal reforms and fostering career development.

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Law School faculty member Farid Ahmadov, assessed the program as a strategic step towards aligning legal education in the country with international standards. He also highlighted the positive impact of recent reforms in the legal system on education.

Concluding the event, Rector Hafiz Pashayev underscored that the master's program is not only an academic milestone but also a scientific investment in the future of Azerbaijan’s legal system and the region as a whole. He emphasized the importance of cultivating professional lawyers to address gaps in the field and support ongoing initiatives.
