ADA University Volunteers’ Movement comprised of students and staff members collected inorganic trash, plastic bottles, polystyrene and other waste from the Mardakan beach as part of “Təmiz Ölkəm” recycling project implemented jointly by ADA University, ADA University Foundation (ADAF), the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, AzEkol LLC and the Coca-Cola Foundation. Following the clean-up of the beach area, the volunteers had an opportunity to visit the AzEkol LLC company to learn more about the on-site plastic recycling process.
