Master of Science in Human Resource Management

Master of Science in Human Resource Management is a two-year program, designed by ADA University faculty in collaboration with industry experts in human resource management, including members of the CHRO club, to cater to the needs of professionals at various career stages, including those entering the field and experienced professionals in human resource management.It prepares specialists who can assess the needs of the organization's human resources, and competencies of organizations and find appropriate ways to direct the ability of employees to promote the growth of intellectual capital of organizations and increase the added value created by the organization. It provides students with an opportunity to get acquainted with the most relevant HR theory and practice, to acquire technical and data management skills as well as to improve their interpersonal skills in a balanced manner. The program meets the needs of the modern labor market, as there is a high demand for HRM professionals who know how to work in international teams while considering the specifics and the context of the local market.

Program objectives

  • To understand how modern organizations work and why human resources are an important element of their functioning
  • To critically assess the role of HR management functions in modern organizations to develop systems for attracting, developing, and retaining talent
  • To demonstrate competencies in problem-solving in the field of HR Management using data management tools
  • To develop interpersonal skills that contribute to accomplishing organizational goals, developing performance culture, capacity development, motivating employee and team coordination
  • To understand ethical considerations in managing human resources.

Program format

The program is taught in the evenings and weekends throughout 5 semesters, including one Summer term.

Tuition and Fees

Annual tuition and fees for the citizens of Azerbaijan is 8500 AZN and for Internationals 10500 AZN.
