The panel devoted to the "Nizami Ganjavi: Poet and Sage. Values and the Path to the Wisdom" was held at ADA University

On October 27, 2022, an event dedicated to the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi was held with the organization of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.

The event was held at ADA University with the participation of the Rector of ADA University, Ambassador Hafiz Pashayev, Vice Rector Dr. Fariz Ismailzade, NGIC members, and students. Among the speakers were NGIC Co-Chair Dr. Ismail Serageldin, former President of the UN General Assembly Volkan Bozkir, former President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, former Prime Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko Lagumdzija, and former Director-General of ISESCO Abdulaziz Al-TuwAijri. Other members of the Center also actively participated in the discussion.

The event started with the presentation of the book "Poet and Sage," published by the Center, and Ismail Serageldin presented the book to Rector Hafiz Pashayev and the ADA University Library. Later, the participants emphasized that Nizami's works inspired many foreign writers.

The former General Director of ISESCO, Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri, informed the guests that the role of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center in promoting the legacy and heritage of Nizami Ganjavi is invaluable.

The event started with discussions about the cultural heritage of Nizami Ganjavi. It continued with a talk on global issues, including world crises such as the Ukraine-Russia war, violations of international law norms, etc.

The event ended with the participants taking a commemorative photo.
