Bachelor in Interior Design
An interior of any nature, whether private or public, open or closed, permanent or temporary, is always a complex set of elements that determine the quality of people’s experience. Designing means taking the architectural envelope or context as a starting point and working on the “interior,” developing fittings, furnishings, and equipment systems that meet functional requirements and make the space meaningful for the inhabitants and valuable for the stakeholders.
Today, new possibilities are available for the design of interiors. They are powerful communicative tools in the cultural and commercial spheres; they represent the interface of many services and, thus, determine the quality of the user experience; they integrate digital technologies, becoming increasingly smart. Hence, interior design has a strategic role in innovation processes, and interior designers can be crucial in large public or private projects.
Graduates will receive fundamental knowledge and practical project experience to pursue a career in interior design.
