I am striving to be knowledgeable about, committed to, and skilled in education management and teach my students in an equitable, effective, and caring manner by respecting diversity in all forms and attending special needs of each student. I am utilizing a personal philosophy of teaching informed by and contributed to the organizational, community, societal, and global contexts of education. Regarding research, it is an integral part of my academic experience and career goals. Research enhances my personal knowledge base and adds to the general understanding of complex subjects in education management and language teaching. My research interest forges much-needed connections between disciplines enriching the educational experience for students.
